    10 PRIDE COLLECTIONS THAT ARE ACTUALLY SUPPORTING THE LGBTQ COMMUNITY

    Make sure your Pride gear is giving back this summer.

    Pride season is officially upon us, and with more brands than ever releasing rainbow-themed fashion ranges, it’s important to know which ones are supporting the people they’re marketed at.

    Here’s our pick of the best Pride ranges that you can wear this year safe in the knowledge that your fashion choices are giving back to the community.

    The new five-piece collection by make-up brand Lottie London includes an eyeshadow palette, two cult favourite stamp liners with new Pride designs, as well as face gems, perfect for Pride events.

    The collection will be available from 1 June and 10% of sales will go to the Kaleidoscope Trust, a nonprofit organisation that campaigns for the human rights of LGBT+ people in countries where they are discriminated

    Calvin Klein: This is Love

    The Calvin Klein Pride campaign celebrates chosen families within the community and features friends, partners and lovers who share what family means to them. Calvin Klein to date has committed $400,000 in support of NGOs fighting for LGBTQIA+ equity, advocacy, safety and justice.

    Bombas: Giving back 

    The Bombas collection highlights authenticity and individuality within the LGBTQ+ community, inspiring everyone to be their truest self, whilst helping those in need.

    Every item purchased from Bombas will mean an item being donated to LGBTQ organisations including Stonewall in the UK and The Ally Coalition in the US. These will be available to buy from 1 June.

    Toms: Unity

    Toms have created their Unity Collection and will actively be donating 1/3 of all profits to a variety of grassroots efforts. They have also partnered with COLOURS which is an organisation that provides free and unlimited mental health care to under-25s in the community.

    Skagen: Le Pride

    Watch brand Skagen is donating 100% of proceeds from their 2022 Le Pride Collection to InterPride to support their mission of promoting LGBTQIA+ on an international level. The watch design is inspired by the inclusive colours of the Pride Progress flag.

    Cos: Love for All 

    This year COS has collaborated with creatives from the community to create a limited edition collection, Love for All. The collection highlights the creative talent by incorporating personal touches from each of the creatives involved.

    They are donating 100% of the new collection’s profits to those who raise awareness for ongoing human rights issues, this will be the third year of COS donating to the Kaleidoscope Trust. The collection will be available from June.

    Made With Love by Tom Daley

    Tom Daley has launched his new Pride Collection on his Made With Love fashion label. 100% of profits from sales will be going to Rainbow Railroad, helping LGBTQI+ people around the world escape state-sponsored violence.

    The North Face: Explore with Pride

    The North Face’s 2022 Pride collection consists of revamped classic and favourite pieces embroidered with The North Face logo in Pride rainbow style.

    They are hosting Pride hikes which focus on creating inclusivity and connection in the outdoors. They will also be contributing €10,000 to OutdoorLads, Gay Outdoor Club, ArciGay and Le Gloss, with who they will be working with on throughout the campaign.

    Dr Martens: Pride Generations

    Dr Martens continue to be the symbol of rebellion and defiance and that is definitely at the forefront of their new ‘Pride Generations’ campaign. The campaign features Lady Phyll (co-founder of UK Black Pride) and Lucia Blayke (found of London Trans+ Pride). They will be having episodes discussing their vital work in activism and their personal background and organisation’s history.

    This year Dr Martens is donating more than £200,000 across the globe to charities including akt in the UK, ReBit in Japan and Black Rainbow in Australia, as well as many others.
